Doug Krtek spent four years overseeing the management of City Center Square, a 750,000 square foot high-rise, for Prudential Insurance. While there Doug managed the construction of a $3,000,000 common area remodel, which included installation of a new fire and safety system and a new sprinkler system. Doug recently supervised the construction of a new Publix grocery store and exterior remodel of a shopping mall in South Daytona, Florida. He is past President and member of the Executive Committee of BOMA/KC. Additionally, Doug serves on the Board of Directors for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
Gary Goebel worked six years for Jones & Company as developers of Corporate Woods in Overland Park, Kansas. Gary's responsibilities included managing and leasing for Metropolitan Life Insurance Company. Gary is a Certified Property Manager and past president of the KC Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He is also the Chairperson for the Kiwanis Young Children Program in Missouri.
